Practice in the Prairie returns in May!

The Nature Center’s signature summer wellness series is back for a 3rd year!

Join us every Tuesday in May through September from 6-7 PM for free yoga and pilates classes at Indian Creek Nature Center.

Led by some of the areas best yoga & pilates teachers, we’ll practice outdoors on the Amazing Space patio and lawn, surrounded by the beauty of the restored natural prairie and woodlands. There’s no need for music, as the outdoors provides the soundtrack for this practice; you’ll be serenaded by the geese, frogs and the breeze. In the case of rain, we’ll move indoors to the auditorium.

You do not need to register – just come with your yoga mat, ready to enjoy. This free practice is very popular. In order to start and end on time, please arrive a few minutes early to park and settle in to your spot.
