Farm to Table Dinner featuring Lion Bridge Brewing Company

Lion Bridge Brewing Company brings their decade of experience serving the Cedar Rapids area to the Indian Creek Nature Center kitchen on the evening of April 18 to craft a delicious three course meal featuring local and seasonal ingredients – including vegetables and eggs from Indian Creek Nature Center’s organic farm.

Seating is limited. Get your tickets to secure your seat for a relaxing evening filled with decadent tastes and the laughter of friends amidst the beauty of nature as it begins to bloom into spring.

Menu and Event details:

Tickets: $120 per person (includes $50 donation)

Appetizers (passed from 6-7 PM)
Pea, Mint & Ricotta Bruschetta
Toasted Raviolis with House-Made Marinara Sauce
Pretzel Bites with Bridge Beer Cheese

Dinner (7-9 PM)

Spring Salad with Italian Vinaigrette dressing (greens from ICNC, radishes, peas and asparagus)

Beer Braised Short Ribs with Polenta Cake  (using eggs from ICNC) and ICNC honey glazed carrots

Panna Cotta with Dandelion Jelly (Dandelions from ICNC), and a meringue cookie
