Why is March maple syruping month? Because that’s when maple sap flows from the sugar maple trees at Indian Creek Nature Center! We turn that sap into our very own real, pure maple syrup. Want to see how we do it? You have the opportunity to experience maple syruping–and best of all, taste our syrup for yourself!–at our Maple Syrup Festival on March 24 & 25, or at one of our many maple syruping programs throughout the month. Read on for more details!
