ICNC provides the perfect setting for a number of activities including weddings, corporate retreats, meetings, and holiday parties, graduation parties, and family activities. Facility Rentals
Rentals may be scheduled up to one year in advance. Certain dates may be blacked out for ICNC programs or special events.
A 10% deposit is required at time of booking with full payment due one week prior to reservation.
Non-profit organizations and Indian Creek Nature Center members receive a 10% discount on non-wedding rental fees.
All Scouts who complete their Eagle Scout or Gold service project at Indian Creek Nature Center receive the auditorium rental free of charge for their ceremony, subject to availability.
Wedding Rentals
Weddings may be scheduled up to two years in advance. Certain dates may be blacked out for ICNC programs or special events.
A $1,000 deposit is required at time of booking with the remainder due one week prior to the reservation.
Caterers
We are happy to welcome a variety of caterers to our facility. Due to our high sustainability standards, we ask all caterers to submit an intake form.
