Finding Nature at ICNC in 2025
Tapping into Nature’s Sweetness:
533 children and adults attended learned about the connection between nature and the food on their plates at maple syruping programs through hands-on activities.
Connecting Children to Nature:
More than 2,000 students and staff connected with nature during ICNC field trips through group hikes, hands-on STEM activities, and encounters with our resdient animals.
Increasing Access to Nature:
75 individuals got to explore nature with an all-terrain wheelchair through the free reservation system established in March 2025.
Creating Champions of Nature:
Creekside Forest School students spent a cumulative 20,000 classroom hours outside, allowing them to create a deep, meaningful relationship with nature.
A Natural Gathering Place:
Amazing Space welcomed more than 4,000 guests during 120 building rentals, including business meetings, conferences, birthday parties, family gatherings, and 10 weddings.
Your Home for a Nature Break:
More than 40,000 visitors came to Indian Creek Nature Center for educational programs, special events, or simply to explore the trails, grounds and indoor exhibits.
