1-Hour Golf Cart Tour

See Indian Creek property in a whole new way! Have a seat in our quiet, electric golf cart as we tour prairies east of the nature center in style. Other routes/stops will include a stop at the blue bridge, peek inside the lower level of the old barn and drive through the sycamore and bluebird trails. We will provide the golf cart and the driver, you provide up to five people interested in a relaxing drive through our property.

What to bring: weather appropriate clothing. Binoculars are optional.

Cost: $12/person (minimum of 2 people) OR $60 for a private tour of up to 5 people

2-Hour Golf Cart Tour

See Indian Creek property in a whole new way! Have a seat in our quiet, electric golf cart as we tour prairies east of the nature center in style. Other routes/stops will include a stop at the blue bridge, view of the confluence of the Cedar River and Indian Creek, peek inside the lower level of the old barn, a stop for an optional picnic lunch (please bring your own). Other viewing opportunities include two wetlands and drives along the sycamore and bluebird trails. We will provide the golf cart and the driver, you provide optional sack lunches and up to five people interested in a relaxing drive through our property.

What to bring: weather appropriate clothing. Sack lunch and binoculars are optional.

Cost: $24/person (minimum of 2 people) OR $120/hour for a private tour of up to 5 people

Golf Cart Tour Request Form

Complete this application form to request a Golf Cart Tour of Indian Creek Nature Center's trails and grounds. Golf Cart Tours are available on Sundays, June through October, and this form must be completed at least two weeks before your requested date. Completing this form does not confirm or guarantee the tour for the date(s) you are requesting. A staff member will contact you, within 5 business days, to acknowledge that your request is either confirmed or to offer an alternate date.

Golf Cart Tours allow visitors to ride in comfort as they visit iconic locations across the Nature Center’s wetlands, prairies and woodlands.

What to Know

PROGRAM LOCATION: Amazing Space (5300 Otis Rd SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403). Please meet us just inside the front doors of the Amazing Space building.

Golf cart tours are available on Sundays by request, June thru October.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: When a staff member reaches out to confirm your Golf Cart Tour date, they will also send you a link to confirm and submit payment. Please call Indian Creek Nature Center’s front desk, 319-362-0664, if you need assistance. **Full payment is due one week before the tour date.**

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your program less than 14 days in advance, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, an additional $25 administration fee will be charged. Complete refunds will be made for any field trip canceled by ICNC. **If steady rain or thunderstorms are predicted to occur during your reservation time, our staff will contact you the day before your tour to postpone your reservation and will work with you to reschedule.**
