Meet Your Teacher: Mary Kopecky

Mary is a retired teacher who has spent years creating works of art from willow. She has led multiple willow weaving classes at Indian Creek Nature Center and is comfortable instructing class participants of all experience levels.

Her willow weaving skills have helped dozens of local gardeners infuse their yards with beautiful trellis towers, orbs, and other decor – all fashioned by her muse of choice, willow.

You can join Mary at four unique willow weaving classes. Participants must register for each class separately.
