With a new year and the full Wolf Moon illuminating the earth and our Amazing Space at Indian Creek Nature Center, join us for a 90-minute vinyasa yoga practice. Vinyasa yoga links a sequence of movements (asanas) with the breath (pranayama) – it’s meditative movement! Designed to progressively open the body, each sequence in vinyasa yoga builds upon the last, moving towards deeper, more advanced postures. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. This is a beginner friendly class taught by Kelli Kennon-Lane.
