Children ages 5-8 years old are welcome to attend this fun series as we move, stretch, breath, focus, and relax while building both physical and mental health skills. Each class begins with a positive theme, followed by postures and techniques to practice that will lead to a 45 minute yoga class at the end of the session. No previous experience required!
Please register by Dec 17th noting your little ones favorite color!
Please dress to move your body and also bring socks, a sweater, and a water bottle to each class arriving 5-10 minutes early. Attendance by chaperons is welcomed but not required! Your child’s registration cost includes their very own children’s yoga mat and a mindfulness jar.
