DESCRIPTION:Parents and their children from birth to school age are invited to join the Cedar Rapids Hike It Baby chapter for a family-friendly hike at the Nature Center!\nHike It Baby is a national non-profit organization that offers new parents an opportunity to connect and get into nature with their young children. Dress appropriately for the weather\, as we will be outdoors for the full hour. Baby carriers and all-terrain strollers are welcome\, but strollers are not suitable for all trails.  \nFeel free to pack a lunch to enjoy with the group on the Patio afterwards!  \nFree for Hike It Baby members\, $5 per adult for non-members. The clean up will be taken care of for you! \nBring your kids in clothes that can get messy and let them explore and play! Other routes/stops on this one-hour journey will include a stop at the blue bridge\, peek inside the lower level of the old barn and drive through the sycamore and bluebird trails. We will provide the golf cart and the driver\, you provide up to five people interested in a relaxing drive through our property. \nThis two hour version will do all of the above and stop to view of the confluence of the Cedar River and Indian Creek\, two wetlands and an optional stop for a picnic lunch (please bring your own). $24/person (minimum of 2 people) or $120 for a private tour (up to 5 people). DESCRIPTION:Lace up your hiking shoes and venture out at dusk to join a small group of adventurers for a guided night hike. The ICNC prairie and woodland trails will be lit by the light of the full moon\, but you’ll also want to bring a flashlight or headlamp\, just in case of cloud cover.\nEncounters with wildlife are sure to occur! DESCRIPTION:Parents and their children from birth to school age are invited to join the Cedar Rapids Hike It Baby chapter for a family-friendly hike at the Nature Center!\nHike It Baby is a national non-profit organization that offers new parents an opportunity to connect and get into nature with their young children. Dress appropriately for the weather\, as we will be outdoors for the full hour. Baby carriers and all-terrain strollers are welcome\, but strollers are not suitable for all trails.  \nFeel free to pack a lunch to enjoy with the group on the Patio afterwards!  \nFree for Hike It Baby members\, $5 per adult for non-members. DESCRIPTION:BinSpire Messy Play is inviting families to come and play. Paint\, water\, mud\, shaving cream\, and more will be set up for your little ones to get messy. Child-led\, open-ended play encourages creativity\, builds confidence\, and helps children experience new textures and practice social skills. And the best part? The clean up will be taken care of for you!\nBring your kids in clothes that can get messy and let them explore and play!
