SUMMARY:Willow Garden Tower
DESCRIPTION:Participants will create a 5-7 foot tall tower with woven sides and twining spirals that join at the top. Put your tower to work in your summer garden as a support for beans or cucumbers\, clematis or sweet peas. Then\, repurpose it as “tree”; decked with twinkly lights for the winter holidays.\nThis is a very physical class. Participants should be comfortable working on their knees\, crawling\, bending and stooping. Good hand and\narm strength are a must. Gloves may be worn for hand protection. Adults only\, please. \nMaterials: Please bring small\, very sharp hand pruners\, sharp garden loppers\,\nhammer\, lunch\, snacks\, and beverage. Pliers and knee cushion are optional. \nFee: $100 Members $110 Nonmembers. Pre-registration is required and closes December 7th.
