SUMMARY:Winter Yoga Series- Sunrise Yoga and Winter Hike
DESCRIPTION:As wintry weather swirls\, our natural instinct is to nestle in. Instead\, let’s celebrate winter\, snow\, and colder temperatures with a warming yoga practice followed by a guided hike at sunrise. We’ll awaken our bodies with about a 45-minute yoga practice\, and after gearing up to be outdoors we’ll watch the sunrise from one of the trails at Indian Creek Nature Center. Bring a yoga mat and outdoor gear appropriate for the weather (jacket\, boots\, hat\, gloves\, snow pants if desired). If there is at least 5” of snow on the ground we will snowshoe as the sun rises. This is a beginner friendly yoga class.
